What are E-Z Pilot Plug N Go Light Systems?

E-Z Pilot Plug N Go Light Systems have everything needed in one unit to make your vehicle a pilot car. We offer 3 different models. Each of our systems are a fully automated setup of sign, lights and flags, operated by remote control and powered by your vehicle's 7-way trailer plug. They all have an actuator to move the sign up or down which is operated by remote control as well as the lights.

What is included with all your E-Z Pilot Car systems?

 All of our models consist of: 

• 2, 7" ECCO brand LED clear light beacons with amber lights and a dimmable night mode. 
• A 10"x60", two-sided and reflective "Oversize Load" sign with removable red flags
• 2, LED blinker and brake light bars
• A 6" weatherproof actuator that operates the sign with flags
• A remote control that operates the lights and actuator
• A 7-way trailer plug to be used for powering the unit

What will I need to install my system?

You will need a 7-way trailer plug receptacle on your vehicle.  All our systems are self contained systems designed to go on your vehicle without the need to permanently attach anything and powered by a 7-way trailer plug.

For the Rail System and the Bed Unit, Simply set your system in place and secure with the included turnbuckles to your vehicles tie-downs (easy to install Tie-down plates sold separately if your vehicle does not have any) For the Bumper Unit, you will need a 2" square receiver on your vehicle. This unit is secured with the included J-bolt or comes with a tie-down ring that allows you to secure it using straps if you don't wish to use the J-bolt.
